I'm currently in first place in my league but having issue's with money. I got most of the staff at 80-90+% and costing me like 3 m a week. And im barely affording it, as of now im like in negative 700k, and afraid if i start firing staffs, it'll put me even more under. if i read correctly u pay the staff member like 2 weeks to fire them? You don't have much of a choice. Fire the scout, psychologist, youth coach and coach secretary. Get much cheaper staff. You might have to sell players. | 06/09/2011 07:23 |

Can you imagine my coaching secretary is earning 300£ whiles my financial manager is earning 500£ so my advice is simple wait and get some money from your spornser and fire those that consume money for nothing like the coaching secretary and the financial manager. | 06/09/2011 14:29 |
