is there any upgrade to build stadium faster? i noticed twice that my stadium is finished one or two days before previous date |

Do one part at a time, if you do that it takes 1 week per part. If you do 4 parts at a time it takes 4 weeks. If you do one per week, it means you can use those other parts earlier. Basically you gain nothing from upgrading 4 parts of the stadium at the same time and more from doing each individually. |

Keep in mind that it costs you $250,000 in supplementary fees each time you build on your stadium. Doing them at once, though taking longer, saves you $750,000 of these fees. That being said, you'll earn back money to pay these fees faster if your additions are present to earn income, so one at a time may still be better. |

Not quite right. You save on the starting fee, because You have to pat it only once and not 4 times. But it's usually still not worth it, because most of the time the newly build section will make You more money than You save on the starting fee. |
