Hello to All Striker Manager Users and Admins, I have a nice question, its probably been asked before, but im not sure so here it goes: I have 3 schools -URUGUAY: EXCELLENT -FRANCE: REGULAR -GERMANY: REGULAR I was wondering, i have seen many other users have great young players and their young players initial average was about 30, but climbed all the way up to 45 or 60 in very little time. What determines that? I've got a decent Youth Coach and some nice Young players, but im afraid of promoting them before time. Can someone give me a hand Please? Thanks, Sebastian |

As you might have read, training of players is dependent on few things. 1. Progression: It is very important you get a 80% plus progression if you want a decent growth 2. Correct form of training. 3. Right motivation level 4. Temp promoting at right times. 5. Coach: I will only call a 90% plus coach decent. if you have an excellent school already, you should get one. 6. Temp promoting juniors at the right time. In longer run, the Forecast also plays a part.. I hope that clears your doubt.. |
