hey.. the avg of many of my players is decresin for no reason that i can see... theyre quite young too.. any idea why??? |

Low morale decreases(temporarily) average so does low stamina. You've got a mixture, rest the ones with low stamina, you get that playing 6 games a week. Some people won't play friendlies because of the stamina damage. You must have a psychologist, use him every day, people on the bench/in the reserves/playing out of position aren't happy people. |

In this game if a player has more than 28 years.. it is not young.. average from the players decreases usually from the 26/27 years, a bit at the begining but the decrease is higher at the end (33/34/35 years) | 11/09/2011 18:20 |
