Well there are some players I want to take from other managers using hostile clause. But I'm too confused after getting fined two times in total of 35m because of out of market price transfer (one of them is even transfer in market).

If I can be fined using hostile clause, then why put the hostile clause on? Next season, if I set all of my players higher than the "Reference price tool" then no one could take my players because of "Out of market price" rule and that manager could be fined, right?

So, is it ok use hostile clause without getting fined?

I was fined 15m because someone bought my player on market which admin said it over market price. So I want to ask if I use hostile clause which @ consider it over market price will i get fined too?

Then if I get fined by that, why we create the hostile clause!

First I would say it's impossible to get fined for purchasing a player by hostile clause.

On second thought though.....

....what if I try to cheat by telling a friend to open an account just to hand over some extra money to me by selling his best players and pass the procedes on to me using the hostile clause, e.g. me setting the hostile clause of a crabby player up to the desired amount and having him hostile it?

I think the @s should also check out of range hostile transactions and see if something "smells".

That's what I want to say. I know somebody could do that to cheat. But then if I bought a player I really want to take using hostile clause, and @ consider it "over the market price" then I could be fined! That why I wonder why we create the hostile clause!

I would say getting paid a way too high hostile clause shouldn't be punishable by itself (usually you set Your hostile clause high with the goal, that you don't want anybody to buy Your player), but someone should check for further indications that hint towards a cheat. Like in the example I constructed.
