i agree with this fine penalty... atleast pay 3.5 mil for each player... i really doubt that the players was that generous to sell those players very cheap! |

I would agree, but if you look at the histories, they are mostly from different teams... do you really think this guy has that many accounts that went undetected? I had to sell a CDF youth "below market value" this morning because I signed him with a really low salary because I had no idea what I was doing. I had direct purchase enabled, so he went for cheap. Did the person who bought my player cheat? Did I cheat? Now I'm worried that I'll have no $ tomorrow morning and a msg in my inbox saying "you have been fined blah, blah blah..." Notice, "no caps" here. I'm not defending myself, I'm just making a point. |

Here's a thing guys, you buy a player off a market for low price, noone will say a word to you. Everyone saw that player, nobody wanted to buy him, you got him. Good for you, no punishment. But when you take advantage of a new guy who doesn't know market pricing and offer him a bad deal that he agrees to, you will get punished. Also when your buddy is willing to give you a really good deal, when the same deal on the market is "too good to be true", most likely it will come back to hunt you. Plain and simple, Auction and Hostile Clause - go for it at any price... But, transfer offers between two teams - be careful, make sure you pay fair price. |
