CelloG said: It means how good that player is at playing similar positions. Higher value = higher average. For example RM will have higher average in RIM position with higher polyvalence. I think you are right: Definition of POLYVALENT (from dictionary.com) 1: having a chemical valence greater usually than two 2: effective against, sensitive toward, or counteracting more than one toxin, microorganism, or antigen <polyvalent vaccines> It's something that means you can do more than one thing. Everyone is at 50% probably because it has not really be tested yet. I hope that motivation is factored into this stat too. |

Ok, changed name to "versatility", and randomly asigned a new value to each player. Now you can test this in the line-up screen. | 19/09/2011 14:31 |

Cool my LB can play LM without dropping too many average points as can my CF play OM. However, my LB drops more when placed on right side of pitch. Is this right? It would seem logical that the more removed from best position the average goes down more. Is this written into formula? I don't think a player with 99 versatility should be perfect in every position. It needs to decrease the further away from their proper position. Or does 99 mean he is just an ace all round guy. |

Whatever it is it most certainly makes no sense from the realistic point of view. |

Versatility won't change at all. No training for this. The player is born with a value and retires with that same value. | 19/09/2011 20:34 |
