Another question on this topic. If schools produse a bunch of special needs players (what the F am I suppose to do with a 6 average player), do new teams get juniors like that as well? I didn't spend $50M+ on excellent quality schools last season to get a bunch of retarted players in my junior squad. I feel like someone who sold his house in Sochi, Russia a day before they announced that they will host the olympic games (real estate value went up 10x times), because I sold my 25-35 av. juniors to make room for new juniors this season. | 20/09/2011 22:41 |

@Bisho said: What do you want? Good averages? I think that's generated radomly. Do you want progression? You need a school with more than 4 balls in an excellent category. And you will get players with +60% or +70% . I have an Excellent school in Portugal. It is an 80% school, excellent quality. Got a player today 6 Average with 53% progression. And one from Netherlands School 5 star school (100%) and excellent quality a bit better average at 18 and progression 56%... I don't think "generated randomly" applies to what's happening since everyone got "randomly" crappy players. Edited by Romasik2000 21-09-2011 00:15 |

Completely agree with you. The 50 Million dollars spent investing in Schools shouldn't yield players that are 0 - 15. I continued to invest in the schools because I saw that mediocre schools would produce players in the 20 - 30 range as Juniors (after we promoted them from the school). It appears the only thing that really "changed" is that our School Averages do not jump up to the Normalized averages once promoted to the Junior Team. This is an inherent problem, as we have discussed, because many of us have realized that Schools can be a tremendous long term investment and have invested money based on the notion that we getting players utilizing the same system as before. Now, if this is not some glitch or bug, we have detrimentally relied on last season's School mechanism and invested even more money (that could have gone towards stadiums or purchasing straight out Senior players). Admins, just please give us an answer either way. Please let us know if this is how the schools will be going forward, or if this was just a bug in the transitioning of training, etc... that you are in the process of fixing. Thank you |

To answer my own question, looks like new teams start out with pretty crappy players too. No more random 60+ av. player. Looks like averages of new players dropped across the border. | 21/09/2011 00:25 |

Some guidance would be helpful that is all. If that's the way it is now, then so be it... the money is already spent on schools and I won't spend another dime on a school. But let us know either way so we can adapt our strategy. |

Nobody heard of the changes. Lovely. Agree with the above. Any sort of coherent answer would be nice. Its maddening having changes sprung on us that cost many players millions. |

What's going to happen now, is there will be a huge gap between great teams (the ones who already have awesome Juniors from the schools of last season) and then this year's players coming out. It will take us nearly 2 full seasons (and aging of the player 2 years which makes him less valuable) just to catch up to the players who already got great school players last season.... for which we bought the schools and relied upon. | 21/09/2011 00:51 |
