I don't think you'll receive a straight answer. The answer is always "It's random". Apparently any school < **** and Excellent rated is worthless. I don't know if public or not matters. I believe public is only so others can see the student's progress et al so if selling the progression is accurate. I could be mistaken though. |

Schools quality doesn't seem to effect the average, only how good they can be in the future(progression) Highest I've ever had is 32 AV |

It depends on your goal. You won't get stars out of lower schools, at least you can't count on them. You might get some higher average players, but they won't progress well. | 19/09/2011 13:02 |

Excellent will produce much higher progression players than regular. With the changes to hostile clauses it will be much harder to get hold of high prog juniors than before. However my regular in Argentina, just gave me a 64% prog player. Which isn't too shabby. |
