Because lots of people are complaining about the same issue - crappy averages.

Why not a bug? If lots of different people complainabout the same thing, doesn't it behoove the powers that be to examine the issue??

 Exactly. The bad average that's all isn't a legitimate response to questions. Pre new sim the avgs were 25 or 30 or whatever. Now anything above 10 is great.

Again, is schools now produce crappy avg players part of the new sim and people were not told? Or is it a bug?? If its part of the game then I'm guessing most will close their schools. Scouts still find 30+ avg players. 		19/09/2011 16:28

Did not think any school would produce players like that LOL

 I think it best to document the school and its rating. Example - today my public Swizerland High produced a 14 avg player. Prior to the new sim the avgs were in the 25-30 range.

This way when the issue is examined the powers that be have specific examples and can't fall back on the "its just bad luck" nom-answer. 		19/09/2011 16:47

 Bug because the lowest i ve received before in a normal school is 34avg! Why receciving 9avg form an excellent school, it sound funny because this was not the way syterm works before. I really dnt know what to do with the player & please should i turn the school to a public school? I really need advice, the school cost me 11m. 19/09/2011 17:35

 Both my schools are now producing very poor players. In fact I can get much better results from the scout at a fraction of the cost. Surely the point of having expensive schools is that they provide something that scouts do not. I hope this is a bug because if this how schools continue to operate they have become worthless. 19/09/2011 17:38
