I currently have an excellent school, if I reduce the quality of it now would I in future be able to upgrade it again to excellent for no cost? Thanks for any help. |

Never done it, but I suspect you'd have to pay again. When you downgrade a scholl you get an advice message saying you wont get the money back. |
