Let's just be clear. Playing 3 friendlies a day is not a problem. The system has some quirks right now that make it easily possible to play far more than 3 friendlies a day though. If you only played 3 each day you are fine. | 26/09/2011 17:40 |

I played 4 one day and then played a friendly where I got zero income - is this the penalty? | 26/09/2011 19:28 |

Seriously.... don't worry about it unless you've really taken a large number of extra games... (I speak not from a position of knowledge, but of common sense and sheer numbers...) I would venture to say almost everyone has played a game or two extra where the opportunity has presented...mostly by accident it seems. If you have 0 income from one due to a bug, I personally would totally play fourth to make up for income loss.... Some people are on other side of fence though, where they can't even do that. (See bug thread) |

jacobpark said: I think I've played one extra friendly earlier in the week, and 2 extra this morning, and call me dumb, but I'm still having a hard time tracking the friendlies in my inbox Same here. I just my played my fourth friendly today and will not schedule any more. If they take back the money for one friendly, that's fine with me. |

How can they punish us for their glitch? If they wanted us to only play 3, they would make it so that we could only play 3. And the @'s communicating this to us by some roundabout way, and not even telling us directly? That is just messed up. | 26/09/2011 19:59 |

If you are reading this, then you must know that there are only 3 friendlies allowed per day. http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=263095&m=765500#m765500 It's pretty clear there. |

I can read that. Nowhere does it say that we will be punished if we play as many games as the simulator allows. Also, the @'s are playing more games than 3, what kind of example is that supposed to set? I understand that you claim to have talked to one of them, but why did they not talk to everyone? Why did they set it up so we can play more than 3? If the simulator allows it, I don't feel it is cheating. | 26/09/2011 21:13 |

It doesn't actually say anywhere that you can't play more than three friendlies a day it says (in the post http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=263095&m=765500#m765500) "PS: We removed the x4 benefits from friendlies, because you can now ask for 3 friendlies per day, which compensates the x4 bonus." "Ask" for three friendlies and play 3 friendlies are not the same, are they? I could ask for 3 friendlies to be played over 3 different days. Edited by iamdavidmoyes 26-09-2011 21:30 |

Although your point (as I see it) is technically valid...if you consider this post only , and none of the context. I am sure you read the boards, so you must have seen these also posted by @rand http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=263097 "You play 1.5 ( in average ) games at home per week ( league matches ) You can make up to 15 friendy matches during the 5 weekdays. " That clarifies the implication. and finally: http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=262778 "In addition, we have allowed you to ask for a maximum of 3 friendlies per day. This will hopefully help us in debugging the new simulator sooner, and it will also help you with the weekly payments that will come next sunday. " So since they have allowed you to ask for a maximum of 3 friendlies per day, again, the implication is that you would not go around asking for more, and buy extension, accepting. As I said, my view would be to allow for a little leeway, but I am not @rand, who was very strong and wanted stronger punishments during the $0 free agent fiasco. So Your Mileage May Vary.
