and made a search with balls,I have 18 players found. can not be any clause in the manager's experience. I do not spend anymore on this one ball. YOU ARE destroying the game. |

There is a "transferable" box....set that = "YES", then you will get players that are open for transfer. Given that all 18 players were ineligible, it sounds like your criteria were set such that you would have gotten no results if you'd have set that option. |

Simple - shortlist the best of the 18, when the 8000 manager experience is reached, they will be available for hostile if the manager has not re-signed. 8000 experience rule is to protect new users from poachers as well as reduce multiple team transfer cheating. |

Don't forget that even managers who joined for a day and then left the game will still be slowly getting experience. I've got a nice big shortlist that I check every day to see what the manager experience is. |
