How long do I have to wait to promote a youth without getting the warning :"he's not ready...and you might ruin him forever" I didn't know that we can't promote them straightaway so I "ruined" 3 youth from my juniors... any help? |

When they are ready to be promoted they will have a yellow P marked on them. When they have to be promoted, or start losing forecast, it will switch to a red P. It roughly works out to the following when they will be ready: 18 >=41 17 >=51 16 >=61 15 >=71 14 >=81 |

The thing is I am division 7 team manager...so it's hard to reach those potentials for youth and I don't think that it will hurt if they reached a 40 average since they're from 14 to 16 aged only...or am I wrong? | 06/11/2011 20:57 |
