 Some three months ago I invested €35 mil into a high quality school in Italiy. The weekly maintenance cost is €670,000 and one player can be promoted each week. My expectations was to not necessarily gain profit on it but at least get some players to cover up the maintenance costs. The result? Pure crap! Not a single player has been sold for more than €200,000, and I am making a huge loss on this, even except the huge initial cost. Now I feel this has been going on for so long so that pure lack of fluke can not be used as the only reason. Why do I only get 16 year old juniors with an average around 30 (after promotion)?  Dude whether it's for business or for organizing a team for the future, school is a long-term thing.
When you get players, at least train them so they get a bit higher (should take 1-2 seasons) before selling them or just loan them to someone who will train them for you.
If you want to sell early try to put the nickname of the player you are selling as his progression (i.e: Iker "prog 90" Casillas) so people get more interested 		23/11/2011 06:45

 The problem is that all training to raise the juniors from around 30 to around 40 is waste of time since it does not significantly raise their market value, so your statement is quite pointless. There is no space for juniors below average 40 in my junior team. Anyway, thank you for the advice about nicknames 23/11/2011 08:16

 Really?? Do you think good juniors start at 45-50 of average? I've got some 80+ forecast players who are below 30 of average. It's a question of patience before they get higher in average (that means higher revenue but it takes 1-3 seasons). Obviously I don't need patience since I'm already "patient"

 Hi, I'm new to this game and still trying to figure all it's features out. You've both mentioned something about finding out a players "forecast" and "progression", could someone tell me how / where I can find this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 23/11/2011 13:03

 When a player is created from school you can see his progression (which is never far from forecast) .To see forecast you need 8000 experience (i think) then you click on any player then on "player" then on "show forecast" then you will see a button there to activate it. 23/11/2011 13:12

 Its a long term project. I've had some players 22/14 but with 70+ prog. Within half a season some of them are 38/14. They are all strikers. They all will be 20m plus players by end of next season. My advice would be not to flog them in the auction. Put out an advert in the forum stating their progression and you'll get better selling prices. 23/11/2011 13:31

make schools in countries that have a BIG population
