Just activated the progression on my squad and my eye's popped out. Seems that my most of my squad is going backwards. I am trying to balance my training between forwards and mid-field and the back line. Can only do one thing per day. So I would think that over a two week period they would generally increase. What am I doing wrong? | 30/11/2011 05:35 |

A lot of your squad are 25+ years old which usually doesn't help progression. Players over a certain age will start to decrease their attributes no matter what you train. Balanced training is fine but I would suggest training one particular area (e.g. Defence, Forwards) and balancing your training there. You need a good coach obviously (+89%) . Finally, use Search+ in coach sec to find high progression players like 80+ and hostile them. That's all I have |

Is the key to focusing on two areas for training buy players for the remaining area that are already at their peak? How do you see the progression of a player you are trying to hostile? |

GB search will give you a guess by telling you the minimum prog other than that there is no way to tell. |

Well just starting out so my squad is what I have. Trying to buy players higher than a 30 avg costs money I don't have. I'm also in the 6th div so having players of that level is almost impossible. So a player over 25 is basically past his prime then? |

There is a way to guess at whether a player has good progression or not, by looking for players with a high gain when they were trained. But you'd need some experience of what constitutes a good gain. | 30/11/2011 14:48 |

From my experience, I advise not to think so much about the players in this early stage. You should focus on developing your stadium, so you can pay your expenses and make some profit to invest. Believe me, building PRO seats may seem expensive, but you'll get a significant increase of the income in your home games. It's a big effort in the beggining, but if you build them you'll be able to pay some decent coaches that will help you improve your players and buy some decent players for your team. Good luck for your team. |
