 In the last game i played my player had man of the match award scoring a hat trick and yet his skill level dropped!! any particular reason for this that i am missing?

U better specify the player u r speaking off first n some of ur players morale is low use psychologist to fix them n avg will pop up second player degrade after a particular age normally around 26 or 27 years of age so it got nothing with man of the match. 		02/12/2011 14:45

 Ok cool no problemo, the players Name was Bruce Johnston he is 27 years old!! ah well slippery slope if you score 4 goals and drop a level would love to have seen him in his prime!
