 This matter has been prevously dicussed if I'm not wrong.
I've loaned 5 players this season, with extremely different resoults, so I've learnt which managers I could send a player to next season and which ones will never ever get a player of mine again. As said before, it's a risk you asume and if you don't like it just keep the player or sell him.
The 'bot matter' is a different problem in my opinion. If a team is driven to that point it means that it's been abandoned for a long time and so as the loaned player. In this situation I do agree there should be, not an optional recall, but an automatic return to the owner.

That's not a problem. You keep 26 players temporally (same happens when you have 25 players at the end of the season and get your loaned back). If you want to improve your squad or something, then you'll have to start geting rid of the extra players.
