Best scorer
My manager experience (8,025) hasn't changed in about a week. Has anyone else noticed this? I've won all my games since then, including a 4-0 win today. 15/12/2011 03:09

THe same thing for my team, I won a few last games and did not get any exp and my ranking is the same, NO changes at all. But before I was gaining exp and my ranking was changing every time I won ( of course not so much but still I saw that I'm moving). Also My team doesn't grow in level, remember somebody said that every player should grow approx twice a season, well I had 2 players who did grew up oncein the whole season, which sucks too... any suggestions what should I do? thanks guys... 21/01/2012 09:49

In case of your exp problems, I just want to add one point: Are you beating system bot teams? If so, then your exp won't increase much. Say 100 per 2 games. Thats what happened to me last season.
As for your player worries, I think you're neglecting a major factor in this game called Progression. It is the value which determines the growth rate of a player, Buy players with good prog. or get them from schools, and you'll be crushing teams in no time
Hope that helped

Thnks for your reply dude. Looks like I beat real players, thats why it is no fun having no progression at all. As to progression issue - how to determine what progression my players have? I do not want to buy golden balls to find that out. Thanks 21/01/2012 17:12

There's only ONE way of knowing a player's progression and thats when the player comes out of one of your schools.
But with time, I, for one, have learned to predict the progression of a player(with the help of so many others)
Check the player's training. If he gains say, 0.15, I'd say progression's around 55-60%(Motivation plays a part in training)
If a player gains 0.3, Very good progression.
If he gains 0.4-0.5 Brilliant, buy him then and there if the price is low.

But do remember that even a player with 90% prog may end up attaining an average of 40 max, which is no good. Careful with your choices

Hmm, so is it EVERY training? I mean, if player gains over 0.15 every training that concerns him, than it is good? I have players who gains 0.4-0.5 and it is fine but some gyus gain pretty much nothing, should I fire those? I tried to sell them, but nobody needs them, so I have to fire them, so I loose money... 21/01/2012 18:26

See, I'll give you an example. Say, midfielders ok? The training that benefits them most is In-depth passing(RMs and LMs are benefited by "Ball Control")
So if a player gains 0.4 in his maximum training(in this case, in depth passing) with 105% motivation, you'll get a clear view of his progression.
But there are certain training types like "Shots on Goal" which also concerns mids, but look at the green bar beside the mids, it is not as long as that of In depth passing.
A tip if you want to fire a player. Resign them to the minimum salary the clause permits. Then fire him. So you'll lose a minimum amount.
Cheers
