The more the progression the faster the growth.

Look for high progression juniors and if they also have high average, than it's even better.

Thanks man.

Just to clarify, if i have two juniors, one at 60% and the other at 80%, but both at 40 average.
The one at 80% will grow faster and become a better player?

What is a good progression value for a junior and an average before you promote him to the youth team?
If you want a 60 or 70 average player?

faster progression rating means faster growth as long as your training said junior.

For example and anyone feel free to correct me here but if you have a RW at say 40 with progression of 60% and an RDF at 40 average with a progression of 80% with a good youth coach it will depend on what you train. Sure you can train both but it will be mediocre. Pick which junior you want to promote first to your senior squad and train that position!

As a side note.. again you need a good youth coach and your training schedule should cater to a specific position to get the most out high progression juniors.

Here is a message I got from a fellow user who is in division 2 ..

THE KEY IS TO HAVE A GOOOD YOUTH COACH YOUTH MINIMUM 94%,DO COACHES COURSES WITH GOLD BALLS AND HAVE THAT GOOD PLAYER(S) training ALL YEAR THE SAME POSITION. I hope I've helped

Sorry for the CAPS its how he types.
