 It does depend on the position, the ones I know off the top of my head are Penalty saves for GK, Corner kicks for wingers and LB/RB and Penalty shots for forwards. 01/02/2012 09:34

 and Clearances for L/R/CDFs and DFMs...
as far as i understand leadership helps with free kicks and penalties...
but defenders have very low shooting ability... how does leadership affects defenders?? 		01/02/2012 09:54

 This is all conjecture on my part, but I think it likely that it helps defend against corners and free kicks. 01/02/2012 09:57

 i somehow doubt that becoz defending against corners and free kicks is a group effort while scoring from free kicks and penalties is a solo effort... lets say i have 3 defenders out of which 1 has good leadership while others have poor leadership... how will the defending against free kicks etc be affected??

another question i want to ask is
player A has shots on goal attribute of 80 and leadership of 25
player B has shots on goal attribute of 60-70 and leadership of 50
whom should i assign as my penalty and free kick taker?? 		01/02/2012 10:06

 thanks for that.... in the shooters page while selecting a player for freekick/penalties i selected player with highest attribute (which is based on shots on goal)... will change it now...

and @practicesquad any idea about effect of leadership on defenders?? 		01/02/2012 10:13

 Sweet, you're going to score a lot more free kicks
For penalties I would recommend giving your free kick taker Penalty Expert Skill.

As for defenders I'm not 100% certain although I know they take free kicks in the back third of the field and my theory is that leadership will apply here.

 Is there any place where the functions of the player attributes are explained? If there isn't, I think it will be great if developers make that available. 01/02/2012 12:52
