Is there way to know which Junior will have faster progression or bigger forecast based on his current stats (e.g. bigger versatility, or bigger leadership)? I mean, not 100% accuracy but just to raise odds Thanks! |

I also want to know this, cause I'm seeing many teams who are getting juniors who's avg are low but there FC are like in the 80's and 90's. How are they getting these players? Is it with there scouts? | 02/02/2012 19:05 |

The only thing I do with juniors is when I buy them I make sure their training is on like 0.200+ | 02/02/2012 19:25 |

I have tried to figure it out in my way. Just my opinion and what i have noticed. When a junior player is being sold for the first time (Means u r the first buyer), notice how his Release clause increases. For example : Player Initial Salary Initial Release Clause Final Salary Final Release Clause A 250 800,000 1050 3,000,000 B 250 2,500,000 1050 7,000,000 From this I can assume that Player B has higher progression than Player A. U can see the examples from your own school. The Player having low Progression (can have high avg when they are out of school) will have lower Release Clause than the Player with higher Progression. Note: It might not be true, but only what I felt & noticed. |

No, the player salary : release clause ratio has nothing to do with forecast or progression. It is linked with another hidden attribute called 'Fidelity' and the current average of the player. The higher the fidelity, the higher the release clause will be for a player. For example, player A has a salary of 1000, average of 30, age of 20, his release clause is 100 000 Player B has a salary of 1000 average of 30, age of 20, his release clause is 2 000 000. Player B has a high fidelity attribute. There are a number of ways to find players of high progression. Through Scout or Coach Sec with GB search is probably the easiest. Another way is to troll though other managers public schools until you find one. Also you can hire a player and wait till you get his training results. Compare his results with a player in the same position you know to have good progression and work it out from there. There is no link between progression, price, salary, age or attributes. You will find players of high progression who have different values for all these things. It is completely random and the progression attribute stands all by itself. Hope this helps Edited by @practicesquad 03-02-2012 00:24 |

The way most people do this is by scheming and convincing the people with them to sell. They find with GB searches. | 03/02/2012 00:47 |

I've learned that if a junior is on the market, he's mostly likely not worth buying. | 04/02/2012 01:55 |
