how can I improve the quality of my players. We have been winning for a while but the quality of the players have been slowly going down Help? |

A lot of your players are old. If you see red down arrows, that means that they are decreasing in ability due to their age. (The other way to lose average is to have a drop in morale, but that's a temporary decrease). I would start looking to replace those players with younger guys.
