I tried to buy a player from a 7th division team and I am in a 6th division team but it said I couldn't negotiate with this team when I tried to bid on his player? why does it say that? | 07/03/2012 19:16 |

Did you login from the same place once? Maybe you know him in real life and he created his account at your house or something When you share IP's once you can't negotiate with each other anymore |

i think the manager of that team has less than 8000 exp and you cant buy from managers with less than 8000exp i think its 8000exp not sure |

He said "bid" not transfer agreement or direct purchase or hostile As far as I know you can bid on any manager who put his player on auction whether he has 8000xp or not (except for direct purchase) |
