infil88 said: I'm new, someone help me? ok. 1) use your player skills, you have lots that haven't been activated. 2) your attendance is low. if you have gb, use them to optimize your ticket prices. if you have no gb, lower your prices until you have full attendance, then increase in small steps. ideally you want the attendance to be very slightly below full capacity for each seat type. 3) build pro seats for your stadium as soon as you can afford them. keep the numbers of each seat type roughly the same if possible. 4) sell your older players. the red arrows beside them in the squad screen means their average is decreasing. 5) work out which of your players are progressing (increasing their average) the most. get the highest rated senior coach you can (80 or higher) then focus your training on your high prog players. 6) once you have a decent coach & have a training schedule people may consider loaning you players. 7) when you have 8000 exp people will be able to hostile your players. keep an eye on your exp & when it gets close to 8000 set the salaries of your players so the hostile clause is higher than the similar transfers list. after that, come back and ask about schools, youth training and forecasts  Edited by aleph44 04-04-2012 22:39 |

make sure u do your advanced tactics too - i didnt know about them for a whole season  once u are 8k exp u can hostile players so ... do a 50 gb search with your scout - look for players over 75% progression with no team they will be poor ave now (under 30%) but will progress at 75% or better so will increase say 10% per season each player will cost 50k ish oh and choose now how u gonna train - so either def / mids / att or gk - u cant train more than 1 type each gb search should yield 3 player ish in a week u will have good number of cheap youth progressing at a storming rate so in 1 - 2 seasons time u will have some mint players u can promote sell or what ever gl bud hope u stick with it |
