I'm not sure, they just put the training with today's motivation, but it totally messed up my parameters, plus I've got a player with 13.80 exp who didn't have his skill, but I don't know if it's related |

The training has been fixed too. Yes,its only the current motivation that affect player's training. Players gains skill with time. |
