I'm looking to find a solid training schedule - an actual list of the trainings people use for their own, preferably high-level, squads. I'm looking to develop a well-rounded squad so I'd prefer to avoid schedules that focus entirely on one position (or group of positions - ex forwards). | 19/06/2012 16:05 |

Unfortunately, there isn't really a good way to run a well rounded training schedule and also have an elite squad. None of the high level squads train anything other than training for one set of positions. It's possible, but your team would progress at a snails pace. Even if you had a squad full of 99 FC players, it'd take you like 4 seasons to get them up to a respectable level. The best route is to train 1 set of positions and sell the extras to buy better players in positions you don't train. If you're still determined to build a balanced squad, your best bet is to focus on midfielders, as there are a lot of trainings that improve midfielders and defenders/forwards. Your focus would be on the mids, but your defenders and forwards would occasionally get some extra training. Some good multi player trainings: Tackling, shots on goal, running/sprint, your best bet is to use the training table (http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=281772) to figure out what's going to work for your squad the best. |

I would do exactly what the post above says. No other way around it. Buy and sell, best advice. | 19/06/2012 21:11 |
