When I want to spend, I take out the money and spend. Interest rate doesn't matter. 29/06/2012 01:46

It is sad the developers do not understand basic economic theory and refuse to do even trivial research. :/

Furthermore, It is disheartening that they want to turn this game into a "day trader" simulator instead of football simulator. Encouraging more buy/selling of players just pulls the game further and further away from football and more into financial management.

i for 1 am pleased

as a relative noob it was painful knowing many people had 100's of m in deposits raking in god knows how much in interest

7% will deter people from now on increasing cash flow in game

this season it seems the market has stagnated prices have been stable imo

managers will now be able to make more cash from investing in players and i predict a healthy market next season

so this 7% cap wont please the stinking rich managers around but will really help close the currntly widening gap between old and newer managers
long term will help noobs

so good move developers imo

If its for helping noobs, I'm happy I had close to 100m in deposit, but looks like its better to invest on somewhere else rather than investing in Deposits

Seriously I don't ever think that people actually invested in deposits in this game other than those few who have billion + money. I really don't see who positively/ negatively it will effect inflation. Prices have more of not increased much for about a season in the 70+ avg group. Some positions like GK have even dropped. Capping deposits at 7% will atleast ensure that ppl don't take loans when the interest rate is low then earn benefits when the rate rises.

And about the response to the guy who called me rich.. I have 51M in my bank and this the most I had with me in the last 1.5 months
