Could we please have some clear guidelines on what constitutes as 'excessive help'? There are many things in this game that could particularly affect me, and are considered to be 'excessive help'. On the other hand, there are many things which can be considered to be 'excessive help', yet are perfectly legal. I understand lending money is illegal, but what about some of the following: Selling for a cheaper price to a friend/PL mate. Selling regularly to the same person at a cheap (yet legal) price. Loaning High average players to the same person (season after season). Providing Advanced Tactics to one another (Which the game has provided a system for). I am quite confused as to what is legal, and what is illegal with regards to 'excessive help'. There are certain obvious elements such as loaning money, but much of this game is based on 'excessive help'. Managers help those within their PL/their friends far more than anybody else. Theoretically, I can provide all my tactics to help a friend out, yet various other things can be considered to be 'excessive help'. I think it's important for the @'s to provide som clear guidelines for what actually constitutes 'excessive help'. I understand that help can at times be intangible, but nevertheless, it is important for us to have some written guidelines on this issue. |

We are working on this specific topic right now. Once we get the criteria polished up, we will post it. Loaning and providing advanced formation is not considered excessive help. As for the transfers points that are in question, these will be clarified with the criteria we are working on. |

Cheers Soli, so as of right now, none of the above is illegal (until formally declared by @s)? Edited by Dee12345 30-07-2012 17:08 |

Lending money through player sales... Or any other means... No. Selling cheaply to friends... Within market value tolerance... Consult fiscal if unsure. Repeated sales to one person... Probably illegal... This is up for clarification... Steer clear and consider multiple sales in short time period to same person illegal for now. |

Why not publish what you have as a draft and get some feedback from players? |

The process will take a lot longer by posting a draft in public first, and we will always get those people who have nothing good to say and will derail the thread. If you have any suggestions on the clarifications after they are published, you can always discuss it with others if you want. |

Including the words ***** ******* ******* and ***####@@!!! So don't worry about that. Posting anything will result in everyone jockeying for position, screaming their heads off in forums and basically coming in with some agenda. |

We are here for about 1.5 years wait for few days more. The thing needs be iron clad and without loophole. We dont want any open ends that can be exploited in future. And till the point its released, consult an @. We are online most of the time. Also I would like to warn that every consultation given by an @ is case specific and can't be used elsewhere. |
