Could be many reasons, on brazil server some people send me message in Portuguese, I use google translate that makes it so you can't understand so I don't reply, The same could apply here they may not speak English and struggle with translation. |

Again, I don't make stupid requests. An example being "Is x player for sale? If yes what price?" Neither stupid nor difficult to translate. And this is an English server, so people should speak English. Or like you do eamwilson on the Brazil server, translate. Playing on an English server and using the excuse "I don't speak English" smacks of laziness and is not a valid reason for breaking social contracts. Again, this isn't all Spanish managers, just many. And also I understand not responding to stupid messages like mentioned earlier, such as "dude u shuld totalliez sell me your 80 average CF for likez 10 millionz - hurry itz a good deal!" |

I love that I get many messages like that, you have a great noob language. I understand what you are saying no reply whatsoever is bad. And short messages are easy to translate so that is no excuse, I get the same on chat, they are in market and advertise a player, you open chat with them ask about the player and they close the chat and advertise again, I just do not understand them at all. |

please stop the inflammatory rhetoric about Spanish managers. It sounds xenophobic, unintelligent and can serve no purpose other than provoking a negative response or creating tension that will boil over in some other negative way. I honestly don't care whether it is true. If you have a specific complaint about a specific manager, take it up with that manager, or ask a @ for help. I will not tolerate any further stereotyping in the forums of ANY kind. Use your brains better or I will help you to hold them in your heads with a 72 hour retainment. Gracias. |

I think @CelloGs statement was directed at me. To clarify as a final point, I could make a list of Spanish managers with whom I've bought players or played friendlies or messaged with etc. All very pleasant. To say my statement is xenophobic is incorrect I think. I'm pointing out a curiosity I, and others, have noticed and am trying to understand. I generally disapprove of breaking social contracts but what is "normal" for me may be different for someone else. If that's the case so be it - no harm no foul - I don't care. This question/statement isn't condemning anyone or group as bad people. Americans do weird things that I don't understand, and break social contracts etc, and I'm American. But as mentioned above, this will be a final point. |
