According to the game (developers decision, not fiscals),

3 or more transfers at a high, or low amount is classified as 'helping to excess'. Please note, that I mean high or low LEGAL amounts.

So for instance, Manager 1 sells 3 £10 Million Players to Manager 2.

He sells all 3 for £8 Million Each.

The lowest legal price is £8 Million. The Highest legal price is £12 Million.

Now, surely the legal price is there for a reason, and considering the price itself is legal, the player should be allowed to be sold?

According to Rule 9 of the game, this is classified as 'helping to excess' - Then though this isn't written anywhere.

I don't see why I should be penalised for generating repeated sales, or building up a sales network of Managers. Managers I know will buy my players as soon as I have them for sale.

I understand the thinking of the developers on this, but this really isn't a good idea. Perhaps a Manager Ranked Number 1, and a Manager Ranked Number 2 can't just sell one another all the best players repeatedly.

But what is wrong with that? Everybody (allegedly) has an equal chance at finding High Prog Juniors and Seniors through searching, and if so, why can't we sell to whomsoever we wish?

Alongside this, assuming you are in Division 1, there are only a handful of players you can sell to if you're selling a 90+ average player.

It also means that people cannot get together, and help one another to get any stronger. So in essence, the Managers who are at the top of this game, stay at the top, and those in the middle/bottom, are restricted in what they can do in order to succeed.

This directly implements PLs, friends, and managers in direct relation to one another (e.g. buyer and seller).

I really think this is a poor rule, and we who play SM, should challenge the decision and aim to get it reversed.

I guess this point is now redundant, as one of the rules were mis-read/translated.

Dee and I have chatted, there is no such rule and its sorted out now.

I must just add tho, if 2 users are constantly using the lower limit and transferring excessively large numbers of players to each other, it will draw a lot of fiscal @ attention and it can be up to the discretion of the @ if its helping "in excess" or not. Normal appeal procedures would still apply.

We are very reasonable guys so trade as many as you want with a friend, but do it at standard value, check with a @ first if you not sure of value (after looking at similar transactions).
