I have 4 excellent schools. My problem is how to market the youth players stuck in the schools. The prog of each youth is 60+ above of different positions. I always post the link in market forum, but nobody seems interested in them. Any tip in how to sell them will be appreciated. It's pretty hard because anything under 80 prog is mostly worthless to a lot of people who actually know about good juniors and have good jr squads, and the people who should be buying them know nothing about juniors. What I do is promote the guys with good averages and put them on auction for $0, a player with 17 average can have as good an average as 37 or so when promoted, which can get you about $700,000, that's certainly not much, but it's better than 0 and it covers your school costs. There's really not much else you can do since everyone else has the same problems and everyone is trying to get rid of their sub par juniors however they can. |

it's a problem for everyone. there aren't enough decent youth players to go around. anything under 70 prog i usually just fire them. i can't be bothered waiting for them sell for 0 at auction. |

I agree, except sometimes ill promote a 60 prog because people who cant afford to fc or new users who dont know about junior squad, will still be able to train them up and sell them for profit. Theres always a need no matter how small, for middle of the road players. |

Theres always a need no matter how small, for middle of the road players. Agreed...I sold a 14/41 striker with 52% progression and 60 FC for $5.4 million the other day. I didn't rename him or give any indication of forecast (so I didn't mislead anyone), but the age/average looked great. Also, a team with no good striker may just promote him and use him because of his higher average. |

i remember the days when i had to save up for a 40+ cf  you are right, some are worth selling. but then i've got an 81fc OM for sale at 0. in my experience he'll sell for under 500k. he's the best youth i've had for a few weeks. |

The highest prog player i ever got is 74. Am still expecting 85+ to pop in some time soon. |

I more or less manage to sell out +70 prog and delete most of the others. Sometimes a CF or a GK can be worth to promote. Btw, the best junior I've got was +86 prog. |
