how can i hire a new coach for the youth team ? i have one 65% , and i need him better , but they give me allways less than 65% !! |

Keep checking each time you log in. Everyone sees the same coaches available and it only changes when one is hired. You can keep hiring and firing until you find a better coach, but that can get expensive so be careful if you go that route. |

It's pot luck. If you go to hire and then you can choose out of 4 coaches. These coaches will be seen by ALL players not just yourself. I would recommend hiring the lowest value coach and keep repeating until you get a coach of the value you would like. WARNING - This can be very expensive to do as it is, as I stated, all about luck. The idea of this method is to just keep hiring new coaches and firing your old one until you find one that is of the standard you wish. Everytime you hire a new coach, a coach is put in his place to replace the one that you have just hired (Try and follow me, I know its complicated!) The new coach could be a 5% coach or could be an 80% coach, its just all about luck! This is exactly how I found my coachs and then trained them with Goldenballs after that to get their average up (This was done through training courses/Degrees depending on which you would prefer to do) |
