I find it shameful that after almost a week trying to fix a problem with the searches with gold balls have no solution, only to have silence for an answer and not try to fix anything. We all know that the first free searches of hese days went bad, it was found in the Spanish striker was solved quickly and returning the money transfers and gold balls worn on forecasts, while nobody here gives the face, did not fix anything , this happens unless the striker is Spanish? not have the same rights? have to be ignored? This, in my country has a name and is called a scam by the developers of this game, I do not ask anything that is not mine but it is too, this has nothing to serious, while a site is resolved in one day here we have had 6 and only silence in response. Finally I just like to see how long it takes to close this post, I guess for this if you are efficient but not to address the problems they have caused. I do not care the answers or if people criticize me do not speak English, I will not find out and I'm going to go through eg ..... Enough said, it's a scam |

Let me correct you that no one got a refund of money or Gbs on Spanish server. The problem was there on all three servers. Secondly, the developers accepted their mistake in the Gb searches that was present since a long time. As a compensation the developers allowed managers who ran Gb searches previously to use the search+ for free. Imagine the revenue loss for the company. Be grateful for it. Starting a thread to complain is easy, but try to look at it from the point of view of the developers. |

I hope you understand me now, I do not blame anyone for the previous bug are failures that can happen and of course I'm grateful for the free searches now it's working properly, but the first such free searches did not work that well and in Spanish was returned everything spent on those transfers that did not reflect the true progression, and that's a fact you can not say that is a lie because hico well, even I got in touch with a colleague yours @ and understood well because also happened and has recieved only silence from the developers. I repeat that it is within these free searches, of course it is unthinkable that can return all of the above, that's logical.
