Is it harder to find good coaches since staff can be trained to the max now? Are fewer managers firing coaches?

I see your logic in a way, but you have to think there is less managers firing coaches but also there is less managers taking the good coaches, 24/11/2012 23:12

in that case eam, its a wash. Its basically the same, but doesn't there have to be a certain amount of coaches generated per season anyways? like maybe 2 or so 80+% coaches to balance things out? or is it just straight hire and fire with a set amount of already established coach percentages? 24/11/2012 23:14

I think it would be random cmc, in brazil I hired a 88 coach and there was a 82 and 85 ones sat there, they have a cycle of new coaches I am sure I heard a new staff is created every 15 min (not 100% sure),

Eh, I doubt that affects it much. It just takes so much time and money to train them, and 99s are so rare, so if you find one higher than you have, you take it even if you've spent money and golden balls training.

Hey...it's good stuff.
Since I started, it's been difficult getting a decent coach.

Now, managers are on the increase, it's more difficult.

Besides, if we don't hire coaches, no one gets any pain: devs or managers alike.
