Gazteixto, if I were you, I'd try to strengthen my squad. At least 5 of your players must be fired... Replace some of your 30 average players for 42/43 ones. Start hiring a couple of players. I would say a MC and DVC/DVD. You can hire older players for a reasonable price that would help you for a couple of seasons. Cessions are an option if you don't have money. Then you'll have more time to work on your juniors and tactics. |
