hey everybody, i would like to know which is the connection between minutes played by a player in a match and corresponding experience for that amount of minutes.. for example, if i substitute a player on 60th minute, how much experience will this player gain for these 60 mins played and how much experience will the sub gain for his 30 mins played as a sub? what is the concept in general regarding a player's gained experience in relation to minutes played in a match? thank you in advance! |

When I tracked XP points I noticed that players got about .05-.1 experience points per game. The highest I saw was .12 I don't think it mattered what type of game it was. One of my players got .03 today though so it can go lower. | 31/01/2013 17:14 |

ok, thanks! i want to know this kind of info in order to reckon at what about time to substitute in a bench player so as he gets adequate exp, as well as player coming out gets quite good fraction of exp.. in other words, i want to keep a balance in exp between substituted players.. i'll try to check this in the following weeks and let you know if i notice a pattern.. |

Logically In order to keep balanced between player going off and player coming on is to change at half time | 31/01/2013 23:59 |

@eamwilson said: Logically In order to keep balanced between player going off and player coming on is to change at half time yes, but by balance, as i said above, i mean that i want substituted off player to get quite good exp fraction, while substituted on player get an adequate one.. i don't want to split exp points equally between the two players, i just want to know at which minute it's good enough to make a substitution in order starting player to get quite good exp , but without restricting too much the exp for bench player coming in (ie starting player plays more minutes in order to get more exp than player coming in, but also leaving adequate exp to the bench player and not just a tiny fraction) .. that's the "balance" i seek for... And obviously, i am looking for these fractions analogies, so as to know if it is worth to make a sub(both players gain satisfying fraction of exp depending on my expectations for them) or keep playing without substituting them... i hope to be clear this time..
