To stop training and start getting red arrows is randomish. Ive had a 22yr old with red arrows before. 15/02/2013 17:22

Forecast, forecast usually determines when player stops training. Of course forecast can increase and decrease depending on multiple factors (coach %, how often you train, what training you do etc). As age makes players train slower, I would guess their forecast decreases so when a player is around 30 of age he usually gets the red arrows

Promoting juniors before they even get the "P" sign will also make them get those red arrows much faster.

Also by position strikers and midfielders tend to get the red arrows sooner than defenders. 16/02/2013 09:39
