 what has to happen for the impossible injury one?

and with the "Great sporting figures" one do the players need to be above 30 or is 30 acceptable? i know it says 30 but sometimes the translation is poor so just want to check 		16/02/2013 00:13

 Impossible injury = getting injured for more than 10 weeks I think...apparently it is very, very, very rare but possible.

For great sporting figures one it says over (above) 30 years old but to make sure, maybe someone who got it should post here. 		16/02/2013 00:30
