Tried to search topics on this issue but could not find one.
What if my player on loan does not train well (manager keeps my player at 20s% motivation)?
I had warned him last month but it keeps going on.

The reason he is in his 20s is because the manager uses the player in a wrong position.

As him to readjust the formation or put your player in substitution which will give your player 80+ motivation.

I knew about the wrong position, I told him last month which at least put my player on reserve rather than wrong position. But still happen until now. What can I do next? 11/03/2013 05:26

There is nothing you can if he does not listen.

Wait for 2 weeks for season to end and then next time make sure about the manager to whome you loan players.

Lesson learnt the hard way I guess

I wouldnt suggest you do that. Its not against the rules but still it can affect the manager's reputation.

You surely can warn your friends via message but no names on forums.

On the other hand, would it not be prudent to warn rest of the SM community about this fella, why just warn his friends. This way nothing is being done to warn others against the person who keeps on making the same mistake.

Next season, he will fool someone else. There should be a thread where loaners can warn against loan takers who dont follow instructions even after being repeatedly and reasonably asked to do it many times.

I personally don't have anything against warning everyone else, it's his fault for doing this, he deserves to be avoided but we just don't want people to troll and send hateful messages, or fights to start here... 11/03/2013 07:23

A lot of mud would be thrown if we started naming and shaming people. Just make sure you know the person or have been recommended by another manager next time 11/03/2013 10:08
