What I did since last week, put his player in wrong position as well so player's motivation become 20. I would choose making his player 0% but don't know how. | 12/03/2013 02:58 |

The lowest motivation a player can have is 20% It's best to just wait it out and not deal with him again. It's happened to me before it sucks but it's not the end of the world. Edited by @illex 12-03-2013 03:45 |

Yeah also happened to me in the past. I once suggested to create a kind of a 'qualification' for managers receiving loaned players. 'Loaners' could qualify trainer's performance and after a few seasons good managers would tend to have high marks and we all would have a reference to identify reliable trainers. As for now the only thing we can do is to make deals only with friends or people you know. |

if the manager is a noob, great way to scare him is to buy pack manager, hide the loaned players training results, and the manager will see him with no training and 0% motivation, when really he is actually training and has a positive motivation %. (only works if manager doesnt know about pack manager features) | 12/03/2013 23:32 |

It may be a dirty tactic, but I heard it mentioned on the forum before: Next season, offer to loan him one of your players. Before you loan him, raise the loanee's salary to astronomical wages to the point where the other manager cannot carry the player's new wages. Once you receive the player back, just resign him with a lower salary. |
