I'm pretty sure being new on any site is not a reason to hijack a thread.... Also, before the "new" sim, temp-promoted jrs could gain over a point a day on the 160% + training days. Crazy. The devs toned down the temp promotion motivation boost % with the new sim, which obviously decreases the chances of an extremely high avg young player. It is possible in new sim, champos star GK went to 83 average within 3 month, if it was possible to get a player like that at start of season then it will happen. | 17/03/2013 20:24 |

Also, before the "new" sim, temp-promoted jrs could gain over a point a day on the 160% + training days. Crazy. The devs toned down the temp promotion motivation boost % with the new sim, which obviously decreases the chances of an extremely high avg young player i remember seasons 5 and 6 i could temp promo and gain1.4 ish in one day i never heard that they toned down motivation? we still get 160% so what did change? |

It was the training results that changed the day I joined, we can still get 170% motivation but with less training values, We can also still get +1 average a day for example LB/RB LM/RM with sprints, LF/RF with penalty shots still get 1-1.3 a day with 170% motivation I don't know what it was like before. |
