You must install adobe flash player.Adobe does not suport on jelly bean. (Flash only).
Its not possible to install from google play.just google it how to install flash in jelly bean.once u done it use chrome or built in browser.u can watch it.

I dont think some of us can teach step by step instruction here in SM. it's kind of basic problem for most jelly bean user.

But if you have time to read, (to search) do google "flash jellybean"
