your 35 years old player will play this season but wont resign any kind of contract... and next season he wont return to play for your team, he will go to striker heaven instead 28/04/2013 17:18

Those players are from teams which original players are 30 years old + some years of contract, so you can see players with 33 years with 7 years contract (for example, because original senior player's contract is random).
I have seen recently another different case in the spanish server (The new season has begun on wednesday). A player with 35 years has been put in auction on monday, and finished on friday (72h + 24h because an error in the server; server stayed several hours closed between wednesday and thursday).
The manager who bought that player must have bid on monday, because on tuesday was closed and on wednesday continued the auction (the player has the previous bid, but now is a year older, 36). Finally that manager got the player.
That's my theory.
Sorry if I have some mistakes, my english is not very good

Whatever happens, no player will leave before the end of their contract. They just might not sign new ones or they may sign only short contracts, but they wont just quit. 30/04/2013 18:53
