Its easy to beat them, adjust you tactics accordingly and stop whining. you have advanced tactics for a reason  Well...the reason why champions league teams never play OT might be because attackers in champions league are never stupid enough to outdribble an entire defense, be one on one with the opposing goalie and then pass to a teammate in much worse scoring position, who is offside on top of that, like it happens in striker manager all the time. And I mean not once in a game, but often many times in a row. Unless players become smarter and able to learn how to avoid the same stupid offside situation OT is just a pain in the neck, which makes SM quite unrealistic. How does a trainer beat an unrealisticly extreme OT in the real world? He tells his striker: "If You are right in front of the goal with the ball with no defender in front of You, You just shoot and score instead of passing the ball to Your winger, who's positioned next to the corner flag, You stupid idiot!". However, I have seen at least 10 bonafide through balls in my games. If you adjust your tactics well and your strikers are fast, the sim will do through balls. |
