I have a player on auction right now with high prog and fc, and because this was my first one I've been astounded at how high the auction is going. I've never paid more than 8m for a player that I am training, even if the player had a 90+ progression rating. My question to you all is- given a player you train becomes available with a 90+ forecast and about 93 progression, how much would you pay for him? I train GK's and I wouldn't go above 15m. It depends on the position. Young CFs and CDFs with 90+ prog are very valuable. Mids and GKs tend to be a lot less valuable because the market has collapsed for those positions. | 24/05/2013 22:18 |

So then, how much would you pay for those positions? | 24/05/2013 22:20 |

Also, if you are astounded now by what your CF is going for, wait until he's sold. I saw two 14 year old CFs with 93 prog sell for over 300 million each a few weeks ago. Just be sure to market him well. | 24/05/2013 22:20 |

To answer your question though, it depends on a lot of things. Personally I would never pay more than 30 million for a junior, but that's just me (at the moment anyways). Keep in mind that your guy is really rare. There are probably only 3-4 CF's with prog that high a season that become available. |

i only buy cdf rdf ldf and dfm so... cdf 93 prg is worth about 150m ldf/rdf " " 100m dfm " " 150m i use to train rb / lb and they would only be worth about 25m for a 93 prg - much like your gk's |

I wouldn't buy CDF or CF as I don't train them. As I train LM/RM, the prices fluctuate a LOT!!! Sometimes a 90 prog will go for 30m, other times it will go for 5m. So, you just have to either bid really early with an annoyingly large max bid or very late bid. I won't pay more than 20m for one unless it's 92+ prog Edited by PeterP1999 25-05-2013 02:04 |

for a 90+ prog CF, 14 years - around 200m at the moment, maybe more. for 85-88 prog, 14 years & around 93 fc - up to 200m depending on avg. edited - prices have dipped a little. Edited by aleph44 28-05-2013 14:03 |

If the guy who tried to outbid me at the end had bid one more dollar, he would have had him! |
