 Hi, I hope somebody can help we with some doubts I have with young players.

1.- When I do Temp Promotion for a young player, how long it last in the first team?
2.- If I promote a player who is not ready, it decreases a lot his average (Half). I noticed that if the player plays it raises a bit every game... but will it get his previous average?
3.- How many times can be a player temp promoted?

 1 - 72 hours
2 - Temp promotion will not decrease average. Permanent promotion when not ready will because it reduces morale by 50%. If you run your psychologist, morale and average will return to normal. However, early promotion severely damages a player's progression and forecast.

 Also if you fully promote before a player is ready he will lose 15 progression points 11/06/2013 09:46

 u need to learn about morale and its effect + ways to counter it

+ sounds like u may need to do same with stamina

oh and u know to temp promo on tuesdays after league game, right? and why?

that all you need,but in addition it better you wait for a jun.to request for promotion than to give him early promotion instead buy 18-19years player in jun.market.
Player with:
any average-19years
+40%average-18years
+50%average-17years
+60%average-16years
+70%average-15years
+80%average-14years

I think these are players average and age that request promotion
*NOTE: Not totally sure about it but I guess am right
