I'd keep them on unless you can find replacements at least 2-3 average points higher. Skills make a huge difference on field. They are decent average players too. If you train those positions it might be worth letting one of them go if you already have high prog replacements. I wouldn't be hasty to let them go, takes a long time to accrue those skills. I think it depends on your aspirations for next season. If you see yourself contending with their aid, then I would be inclined to keep them. If you think you will struggle, I would suggest cashing in on them and finding suitable replacements whom you can train and improve towards solidifying your team for a future attempt. If you are going to lose, you are going to lose...might as well have more cash in your pocket and prospects playing more for higher motivation and experience gain. | 17/06/2013 08:00 |

If you sell them now you get more money to purchase a younger, higher progression player and more time to train and accumulate experience for said player. In my opinion, the sooner you start the change the better it will be...especially if you are conceding next season already. | 19/06/2013 06:25 |

I was stuck in this predicament last season, as you know wivlis I used to only have players that was under 20 years old, but when I reached div 2 this had to change, skills are more important than profit imo, no point in making profit if your free falling through divisions But if you think you will have no chance with or without them players then I would sell Edited by @eamwilson 19-06-2013 08:41 |

Remember that Uruguay made it division 1 with a team full of 30 year olds. | 19/06/2013 08:43 |
