Just some extra info. I've lvl5 catering, last season:
Catering €48.989.442
Kitchen €15.842.410
Profit €33,147,032

Not sure how @rebiot got on, but a big limiting factor is the amount of time it takes to create the items (i.e. to make 3,200 Caviar takes 1day and 1hr).
Also, I think it's close to €50m to get to lvl5.

Here's my problem with catering: it's way too click heavy.

The maximum profit per day is about $400,000, and that's only if you have back to back home games on consecutive days. If there is any additional time between games, that profit per day trickles down to about $350,000. To get that $350,000, you need to click far too many times. Yes, the production queue helps, but its still way too much work in my opinion for an extra $30 million per season.

A solution that would help a lot, in my opinion, would be a button to produce a full production lot, rather than hold the up arrow until you get to 3,200. A simple one click production lot.

The other thing that would help would be to change the production increment from 10 to 100. I can't imagine anyone would be too upset if they had to produce 1,600 units instead of 1,570.
