I figure what with this being a private league, we are allowed to name and shame dishonest trainers here. Maybe we can make a feature of it so we can create a list of trainers to avoid next season. http://en.strikermanager.com/usuario.php?id=11330635 paul131313 - Barnhill Rovers. DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM IN FUTURE, REMEMBER THE NAME. Supposedly a high coach % and would train defense all the time. It's a load of bullshit. After 6 days with him, no improvement. He has not responded to my two messages to him, so he is a pussy as well. I don't want to hear any sanctimonious piddle about trusting the trainer - I know all that, I have regular loan partners. I just had one spare after Timi's no-show, so I had to trust a new guy. I'm disappointed that out of something like 70 applications, I believed this guy would be the best for the job. |

sico -- Isn't there a feature where you can get your player back if there is no training for 7 days? i thought i read something about that a season or two back. glad you brought this topic up, that is one of my biggest fears, but luckily everyone i train with is top notch |

Indeed there is this feature. I am, however, unsure if it means the overall training result at the bottom of the page being 0.00 for 7 consecutive days, or if all the individual attributes must also be 0.00. Sometimes aggression, for example, can rise by 0.01, without any training planned. I think it's just the overall training, but I will let you know and try to bring him home as soon as possible. |

Sorry about that sico. Thus guy - http://en.strikermanager.com/equipo.php?id=80696 - is worse! He advertised on the loan forum that he trained defs - 7/7, first team. Now, Ask him if he would train your boy, and he'll tell you to trust him, that he would. Loan him your player; he'll keep him in first team, and carry out trainings for other positions instead. Message him two to three times about his breach of agreement, and he'll get pissed. Message him a fourth time, and your player is going straight to reserves! Some people need to be well-caned, really. |

Ah yes, I see who you mean. Added a whole 0 to his your guy's avg in 3 months. I have had another manager do a similar thing, dropping a player to the reserves, but when I had their player in an exchange - obviously a zero-sum game for both of us. I won't list a name here, as he did actually train the guy, just not at the motivation agreed. I think dwhy is worthy of being with paul131313 on the naughty list. If anyone else has had some bad experiences, list them here, and I will check out their loan history. At the end of the season we can make a blacklist doc. |
